  2. I could not believe it when he should the sauce I was intimately thinking no way he made my favorite sauce for French fries etc. and then he said the mayo, ketchup and siracha. Cant believe it haha. Is this sauce very common have never seen anyone made it

  4. Do you think you could freeze the blanched fries and do the second frying another day? Maybe make a bunch, freeze them in saparate bags (so you have the portion you actually need) and have them ready whenever you feel like it?
    Idk if I'm making sense ????
