We’re making delicious, spicy and irresistible fried chicken. This fried chicken is great with hot steamed rice or as a snack with a drink! It’s spicy and so delicious, you can’t stop eating it.
How to Make Spicy Fried Chicken
(serves 2) Cook Time: 15 minutes
* Time for marinating the chicken is not included in cook time.
300g Chicken Thighs (10.6 oz)
– Marinade –
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sake
1~1½ tbsp Gochujang
1 tsp Grated Ginger
1 clove Grated Garlic
6 tbsp Potato Starch
Cabbage Leaves, shredded
