  1. Oh, I do like to see a happy James Murray! So glad he’s returned for this series!!

  2. A friend from Savoie made something similar to les crozets for me. It was divine! I think she used Reblochon as well. We drank a nice bottle of wine with it too.

  3. I used to date a Swiss girl back in the day. I am not sure if I miss her more than her Les Crozets. That dish is amazing. ????????

  4. It's so good to have James back, if only for a little while. I've missed the snarkiness.

  5. Man i miss James hope someday he will come back permanently. even if it's just part time.

  6. Low revs, high gear dumbass! Doesn't anyone know this? High revs low gear you'll just cook the clutch. Entertaining tho. ❤❤❤

  7. yuummmmmmmm you had me at Goat cheese and Honey!! If you guys ever come to Canada, especially when its snowing, you may need a refresher course in driving in snow. Seeing you get stuck in those road conditions is a typical winter day here! Love this series! Gorgeous shots everywhere, but felt like I was walking in the forest with you. Now if we could only know "where" you were 😉

  8. This series was absolutely fantastic. The concept, the filming, editing, it was a nice change of pace from your actual videos, but still feel like you. Loved it.
And the croziflette was so nice to see (it's a bit less famous than fondue and raclette worldwide but it's a classic in the winter here)
