The Tiny House With It All! 🌟 Modern, Spacious & Dazzling Views

This is a tiny house that has it all! It’s open, modern, spacious and packed full of great design features that make living in this home a dream. Parked up in Queenstown, it also boasts some dazzling views of the surrounding mountains.

Leon and Jariya decided to make the move into a tiny house after spending a year traveling in a caravan around New Zealand. Nomadic at heart, the couple loved the idea of having a beautiful place to call home which would meet their needs but that they could also relocate when they choose to.

There’s a lot to love about this tiny house design. It’s perfectly tailored for indoor / outdoor flow, and everything throughout the home is quality. You’re not left wanting for any of the modern conveniences in this tiny home, which even boasts a top entertainment system, smart home automation features (including an automatic watering system for the plants) and much more.

We hope you enjoy the tour of this epic tiny house!

  1. We absolutely loved touring this incredible home. Leon and Jariya have created such a beautiful and mindful place to live. Sometimes, you visit a home that just works and this is one of those places. We hope you enjoy the tour of this amazing tiny house! With love, Bryce & Rasa

  2. #1. The distance between the kitchen and the bathroom., #2. ALL THOSE WONDERFUL WINDOWS. #3. A bedroom you can stand up in. #4. Water catchment. (Which to my way of thinking all houses should have, imagine the cut back on erosion.) #5. Just an over all lovely home that manages to be open an airy yet cozy. May you live long and prosper.

  3. Awesome he's running Home Assistant, now that's my kind of tiny home! Amazing 😁

  4. I love it. Cozy and classy and the layout is spectacular. Those views are breathtaking and waking up to that every morning is worth every penny. Staircases instead of ladders is the way to go. The lofts are spacious too. Most of these tiny houses I couldn't deal with because of the claustrophic lofts.

  5. How absolutely beautiful. This home would be amazing to live in anywhere at all. Congratulations on brilliance.

  6. OMG What a view! One could do it for half the price though without problem. Using recycled materials. One of the best…thx!

  7. Wow, oh wow! If I go tiny, this would be the house for me. I love everything about it. The lighting and fireplace make the space so intimate and cozy. The views are to die for! As a serious cook and baker, I appreciate the large kitchen! Well done! 👏🏻😍

  8. Loved the overall. The windows on the world are beyond compare. I've seen many a fabulous Tiny Home and always appreciate your letting us in Bryce and Co. Besides loving this design the Pot filler, the bath vanity and the shower and kitchen overall are my favorites. But I am so surprised the pot filler hasn't been a major inclusion in many of these homes. Years ago when they first came out they became a must for any serious cook, though not at this point in my journey in life. Kitchens to function at the peak and with ease must be movement simplified to afford easy of prep and enjoyment.

  9. Why doesn't he just not put the washing machine on when he is working? Or he just did prioritize place for it? Not so nomadic and eco-friendly to buy washing machine every place you move your house.

  10. Finally I am able to see that it is possible to install a handheld bidet in a Tiny House, what a luxury indeed. Such a beautiful and cozy home.

  11. Nice to have the garden shed to contain all the overflow so the main living area can remain austere but comfortable. I suppose the garden shed also contains the supplemental seating for entertaining. The extra overall width looks like the way to go.
