  7. Hail from the UK, Funk. I just wanted to a big thank you, I've been meaning to say it for a while. I'll be 61 end of June and around 8 or 9 years ago I changed the way I trained from weights to bodyweight training. This was before I knew it was a thing. I felt and saw improvements right away. But I didn't really know what I was doing and needed help to refine what I was doing in terms of exercises so I turned to YouTube and found you. Blew me away! I found like-minded people and I saw that I wasn't as far out as I thought and didn't have to change that much. But you were the inspiration and mentor. The only thing holding me back now is I have arthritis in both ankles and a little knee pain but I'm hanging in there. Thank you dude – keep on doing!

  10. Great will do this tomorrow and do it 3 x a week for entire month of Nov with the 8 min abs workout daily. Oh boy watch out. Can you say RIP BEAST

    2:00 Plankside Raise to Forward Raise
    2:45 Side-to-Side Rotational Lunge
    3:25 Zottman Curls to Hammer Curls
    4:05 Glute Bridge Chest Press Pullovers
    4:35 Predator Hops
    5:05 Ab Walkouts
    5:50 One Arm Swings to High Swings x2

    Perform each exercise for 60sec and rest for 15sec
    Complete circuit 3x and rest 90sec between circuits
