Nice community. But – lakes? Where I'm from, that barely qualifies as a holding pond.
I just don't understand the BS about Tiny Homes, the councils Gov side ect, they are still Houses, they are just smaller, so why aren't they treated like any other normal size, everything in them, they utilities, everyhting is the same , make's no sense to me

I have actually thought about designing and making a sort of village for the homeless using an unused warehouse and I've had this idea since high school. But now that I have seen this video, I realized that I was thinking about a tiny house community using space that has already been made. I wonder if it could happen somehow.
