Knowledgeable contain
The Justice is very expensive and beyond the reach of common people of our country. The lawyers should not judge themselves on the basis of their fee. The Justice should be given most priority than money.
Simple succession cases in Rajasthan Kota hanging on for last 5 years. No disputes, dates after dates in court. Judge on holidays, strikes, only few hours of sitting, system needs to be improved.
One suggestion if u can please add the episode link for any reference of your other episodes u use in the video.
Our real estate case is hanging in different courts for last 20 years. Dates after dates.
Lawyer in most of cases just opens file on the day of hearing. They just don't care about clients. Knowledge of most of lawyers are very poor. Regards
The questions should have been a little tricky questioning humanity vs law, law vs natures law.
As a lawyer, they tend to be more talkative and it went like an uncontrolled fire without any proper direction or connective rhythm of topic to it.
The podcast felt like a potha talking to his dadaji which shouldn't have been like this.
As you asked audience suggestion questions in the comment section these are mine :
*how can a lawyer contribute to speeding of judgements which takes a certain lengthy span of time, considering life's span?
*a constitution is a man-made book of conduct, as it is not the ultimate in context with natures law, how can this edge of uncertainty be dealt as a lawyer?
*what is lawyers dharma?
when a criminal approaches you to fight for his/her case?
On a personal note
-He was a supreme court lawyer, his journey from zero to that stage, should have been storyline for the upcoming
aspiring lawyers
-when he meant new coming lawyers are good and things seem to be going well in the law world, somewhere I felt that he was happy that now lawyers are also making sufficient money rather than looking at lawyers intent, as far as what I experienced these new bie lawyers become impediment for so many people by placing a false case or terrifying business for their personal gain, here something could have been focused on, missed it
-these new generation are great lawyers on practical terms on knowledge , debate, research and developing the case but lack the intuition to say the truth
