  1. i want to enjoy tofu so bad but mine always ends up slimey no matter how long i bake it for 🙁 idk where to get my hands on extra-firm, but i find firm very slimey

  2. Add more flavour, like garlic and herbs. Tofu tastes like cardboard unless it's flavoured strongly.

  3. Coming from an Austrian, please don't call this a Schnitzel ????
    If you would have tried the freeze and thaw method or used seitan instead and NOT cut it up like that, it would've been fine. But this resembles more tofu katsu than a Schnitzel.
