Hi Linda and Linda's community!I love your videos because you're very relatable and I love seeing someone who actually seems to eat enough, isn't afraid of carbs, eats healthy but not in a sad, restrictive way. I've been on my own journey with food. I realized Every time I attempt to diet or change my body I get obsessive with it and restrictive, and end up bingeing a lot. It's not a good cycle so I decided to not try to lose weight or diet (I'm at a healthy weight and I don't need to be smaller.. I'm just impacted by diet culture). Basically I've been doing pretty well eating good and balanced and not bingeing, but I am still binging occasionally and having restrictive and negative thoughts. I'm wondering if you still binge eat occasionally?? Is something wrong with me or?? Does anyone have any advice on how to stop binges or what to do afterwards?? How to fight the fear of weight gain and stop having scary thoughts about peanut butter😅? Anyone can answer not just Linda I know she's not likely to see this! 🙂 have a great day anyone who is reading !!
