  4. Aapne sahi kaha..choti choti meals Meri acidity ko solve karti hai.. it's not possible to eat 5-6 times a day. So what I do, whenever I feel some bloating or hungry, I take banana or dry nuts, any fruit, makhana etc.. it keeps my acidity in control. Your Thali motivates me a lot. Thank you for sharing 😊
