  1. I always see you guys saying "first bite takes you to heaven" or things like that. Let's be honest, you might not do any of her recipes, but you buy things that are made like that and even worse. You need to learn how to control yourselves. You can eat something delicious, bit in a small quantity (never exaggerating) and only sometimes, not always. Take her as an example, she does all this food and she's not fat. Why? Because she probably eats, again: in small quantities, sometimes, probably does exercises and she probably has a healthy diet in her daily routine. That's all.
