    Ingredients:
    1 cup cashews (rinse and soak for 4 hours, then rinse again)
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional, for a “cheesy” flavor)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

    Preparation:
    1. Blend the cashews with all the ingredients until creamy.
    2. Chill for 2–3 hours.

    That is not cheese, cheese is another thing and it comes from domestic animal milk, you should try to invent a new name for that thing.

    And if you remove the yeast and add just a cube of cheese you will get a healthier version of mayonnaise 😅
