I've heard some unbelivable things about it and my cousin completely reduce her celullite safely with this method.?

  2. Well said and done. But what happens to the older people over 60 and also have cellulite problems. Its very difficult to do squats, especially when experiencing osteoarthritis. Knees cannot take all these exercises . The people used in these exercises are all young and healthy people. Please give advise for older folks. Thanks

  3. This seems very easy. But when u try yourself. Lunges and squats are so difficult in the start that u can't even walk properly. Ik it's difficult in the start but slowly you'll see the difference and convinient to these exercises. Worry not. Everyone is beautiful. Love yourself. Cellulite and obesity doesn't define u.

  5. Ummmm, this is great advice, but all gyms are closed. We can't go anywhere, we can't afford any machines,because we are not working.
