  7. I came across your channel about three-ish weeks ago, and lemme just say: YOU ARE A WONDER! I've always been rather terrible about keeping to a workout schedule, but I am proud to say that I've been consistently working out for almost a full month now and have been following your videos primarily. Your attitude is infectious and your music choice is just top-tier! At the end of your workouts, I'm always dripping sweat in places I did not think was possible and I feel WONDERFUL.

    (Turns out all the workout folk weren't lying about that endorphin kick, huh?)

  8. Loved this! I did both 12 min workouts today! Trying to get back consistent with working out. Had a breakup 2 weeks ago and just stop working out was a little down! But thank you Jo! I swear by your workouts, I lost 23 pounds when I was consistent working out 4-5 days with your workouts. Gained the weight back but I’m here to loss the weight again! ❤
