2. 5MC pushes out a LOT of videos. It's not a small home channel, it is a massive conglomerate studio with hundreds of employees.

   The only reason the videos exist is to feed the algorithm and get views. Therefore it doesn't matter if it works or if they are truthful with the audience.

   The only thing they care about is if it looks believable and if they can do it in a few minutes.
   So even if the hack works, they often take shortcuts so they don't have to wait for the final result. They need to push those clips to the editor as fast as possible.

   Some of these studios have teams that produce up to 50 of these "hacks" per day and a few dosen teams running at once in a massive warehouse decorated just enough that each set looks like a kitchen. This is also why none of them have sound, that would break the immersion when you hear hundreds of people in the background.

7. 5 Minute Crafts own press releases have stated that if they don't get the result they're looking for with their videos they will always fake the results because it makes better aesthetic material than the real stuff. They also don't retry to make something right, they just immediately resort to faking it after they get it wrong once, or will fake it from the beginning if the correct outcome is more difficult, because they don't give a rat's donkey about truth they only want to crank out content as quickly as possible. There is absolutely no integrity from anybody making content for them or any of their other hundreds (maybe even thousands at this point) of other pages. They're just content farms.

12. the toilet paper and wax rose is basically a thing we use to make in scouts called a paraffin cooker, you take an empty tin usually something short and wide like a fish tin coil up cardboard inside and soak it in wax burns for quite a while so you can boil water to clean it when your out in the middle of nowhere

15. The "rose candle" would be an awesome campfire starter! I've made them before with cotton balls dipped in wax, but the rose is much prettier.
