30 Minute Cardio & Chiseled Arms Workout | STF 2023 – Day 5

It’s not a true endurance week without an AMRAP WORKOUT! Grab some dumbbells that are light enough for tricep kickbacks and lateral raises and heavy enough for shoulder presses for you and be ready to work for 5 minutes at a time. We will complete 8 reps of everything aside from the jump rope which we will do 25 reps of so grab your dumbbells and your rope if you have one and let’s do as many rounds of each superset in our 5 minute work periods as we can. Your rest between circuits is only 30 seconds so be ready to move on!

  8. Good evening! Thank you Sidney for this challenge! My dad passed August 10, 2020 and I was in the best shape of my life. After he passed, I was so depressed and I have not been able to get in shape since. I went from a 6 to a size 12. I feel awful with no energy or drive! I completed this week and I'm so proud of myself. I feel you're holding me accountable and I love the pep talks and encouraging words. Just in this week, I feel stronger and my energy has come up a bit! Im looking forward to week 2! Thanks Sidney! ❤

  9. OMG I’m so excited to get STF started. Im just getting a sneak peak at what I will be crushing next week. Im having a late start to STF because I really wanted to finish up PRE and take advantage of that deload week. Im glad I did, it felt amazing. Mountain climbers are my least favorite but I hear Sean Paul on the remix and I just can’t wait now ???? this is gonna be ???? Congratulations to everyone who has completed week 1!
