30 Minute Full Body Power Shred Workout | PRE – Day 20

It’s the FINAL workout of the PRE program and wow I am so proud of you. You’ve taken a month to deload, refocus, and get ready for Summertime Fine to start on Monday. In this workout you will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds performing 3 rounds of a 3-exercise circuit. We have 4 big circuits and I use my 10 and 15 pound dumbbells so nothing super heavy, just moving through full range of motion and breathing and focusing on controlling your tempo. Work hard, finish strong, and feel amazing!

9. Standing around the world and wood chopper
10. Bridge
