This workout is such a great intro to STF as it truly is a workout that all fitness levels can rock as you don’t need any equipment. We will work for 2 rounds of each exercise for 60 seconds each and each exercise will be completed twice before we move on to the next exercise. Move into full range of motion and just keep moving today, this workout is fun one!

2. Pike toe tap to shoulder tap
3. Jackknives
4. Glute Bridges
5. Tricep Hand Release superman Push Up
6. Seated twists
7. Step out and Squat jump
8. Plank Walk
9. Bicycles
10. Lunge circuit
11. Dip pulses and cross body toe touch

  8. I made the decision today to make some changes and set goals, with no plan yet. I stumbled on this channel and this video and I think I made the right choice ???? I got emotional too, thinking about making promises to myself and following through. Some of us have never even taken that step to make a promise to ourselves because we put everyone else first.
