For Time, perform each exercise for 50 reps each as fast as you can with little to no rest in between. Do not move to the next exercise until you have completed all reps required – Good Luck!

“300 Bodyweight Workout”
1. Bodyweight Squats – 50 reps
2. Close Grip Push Ups – 50 reps
3. Flutter Kicks – 50 reps (per side)
4. Burpees (hands over head) – 50 reps
5. Jumping Lunges – 50 reps
6. Plank Build – 50 reps

Make sure you write down your time so you can try and beat it next time you try this BEAST of a circuit

  1. Burpees are always challenging due to accident and those jumping lunges oooh wee.

  2. Awesome workout Aug 23, 2019 11:30.. Today Sept. 1, 2019 9:30 1st time pace myself, 2n attempt, tried to do it fast as i could with a few breaks of course midway through 50 burpees it gets brutal

  3. Wow! I was close to dying mid burpees and the plank stand ups but got through it in 8 mins. Wondeful workout!

  4. Did it in 18 mins. But i Needed some Rest in between the excercises. Real tough. Most challenging were Those plank Builds.
