$40k Tiny House is her dream home in a Tiny Home Village

Cindy decided to downsize into a Tiny Home after realizing she didn’t need as much stuff in her life. She purchased a $40k park model Tiny Home and moved to Acony Bell Tiny House Village in North Carolina. There she is living her dream life, and has even found a way to have the Tiny House pay for her living expenses by renting it out for 2 weekends every month (when she’s traveling).

  11. This is so confusing. If Acony Bell doesn't build homes, how did she get a " park model?" It is a beautiful home & I'm very happy for her, but the process is confusing to me. If you get an outside builder to build the house how do you secure a lot within Acony Bell? So confusing.

  13. wow Finally a tiny home makes sense l hate those lofts with those stairs I really like the bedroom closet real toilet I hate compost toilets so gross Really nice kitchen and living area love tha deck overall one of the best
