  3. Easy version of Chris's potatoes

    Peel and quarter potatoes
    MICROWAVE covered for 5-6 min until tender
    Toss with oil, put on rimmed baking sheet at 425 for 25-35 min

    Same thing and much less fuss

  4. It's possible aunt Mary would like to help but other people are to well bent on being he star and instead of serving interested in rewarding themselves
