  1. Are there certain people who should avoid fermented foods? Medical conditions, etc? Certain ages?

  2. May I ask, why so many believe sugar is not healthy? Sugar isn't unhealthy, to much sugar is. Yes there are types of sugars that the body processes less efficiently but sugar is a natural part of nature and one of our bodies main fuel sources. In my semi bias opinion(????I'm a beekeeper????) highly processed or unnatural sugars are the real problem.
    ????I was surprised you didn't touch on the health properties of local ????raw honey. Fermented garlic in raw honey can work wonders.
