Do not do the baking soda thing! It will damage your teeth in the long run. Your teeth naturally get more yellow the more layers your scratch off 'em and the close you get to its root and that damage can hardly be undone. Brush your teeth consistently and if you have to use a whitening paste but no more. Shiny white teeth are as unhealthy as yellow ones. Be mindful of that.
