La meilleure façon de… Réussir ses crêpes – 750g

Pour une Chandeleur ultra gourmande, on peut faire confiance à Chef Damien !
Avec cette recette de crêpes faciles et moelleuses, c’est vous le chef !

La recette pour environ 10 crêpes 👇

Ingrédients :
– 225 g de farine
– 1 pincée de sel
– 3 œufs
– 55 cl de lait
– 30 g de beurre fondu

Préparation :
Dans un saladier, cassez les œufs.
Ajoutez la pincée de sel, versez le lait et mélangez.
Ajoutez le beurre fondu.
Ajoutez la farine puis mélangez vivement et rapidement en partant du centre pour éviter les grumeaux.
Laissez reposer la pâte 20 minutes avant de faire cuire vos crêpes.
Dégustez.
