  5. Great workout.  I do the majority of these at least 3 times a week in sets of 4, but I will add the jumping jacks and hip toss to my routine.

  11. That's awesome bitethebullet187..definitely start using them. It will pretty tough to get through this on your first try as you will be training muscles that you probably are not used to, so do not get discouraged if you can't…but know that now you can work on getting stronger and better – Funk
