Afterburn Bodyweight Workout
Perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work follwoed by 15 seconds rest one after the other. Rest 2 minutes and repeat for 3 rounds

Bunny Hop Sprawls
Abs Oblique and Front In and Outs
Rotational Swivel Jumping Lunges
Low Plyometrics Push Ups
Tuck Jumps
Supermans
Rotational to Regula Mountain Climbers
Bodyweight Squat to Jump Squats
Hip Thrusts to Table Tops
Alternating One Arm to Regular Burpees

  4. hey funk keep posting a lot of bodyweight circuits like this it's more interesting and challenging helping us to know where we really stand need more of HIIT combined with bodyweight so that we can burn fat and build muscle at same time already started incorporating your workouts in my training routine we are really benefitted pls post more videos we are hungry….God bless you..
