Best Bodyweight Cardio For Men and Women Over 40
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other. After you complete all exercises rest for 2 minutes and complete 2-3 rounds

1. Burpees 0:56
2. Running On The Spot 1:12
3. Side to Side Shuffle 1:25
4. Gated Squats (Bodyweight Squat) 1:44
5. Full Body Extensions 1:59
6. Side to Side Rotations 2:15
7. Mountain Climbers 2:29
8. Seal Jacks 2:40
9. Punches 2:52
10. Heel Kicks 3:04

  7. Hi Funk. Love your videos. How about this as an idea for a HIIT workout: work interval 1 is 30 reps of double kb snatch (10), press ups (10), jumping squats holding kb's (10). Work interval 2 is 30 reps of double kb thrusters (10), bent over rows (10), racked reverse lunges (10)? I would love to see you demo it. Cheers.
