Rezept und Zubereitung:

Freunde, hallo. Heute werden wir eine erstaunliche Suppe zur Gewichtsreduktion zubereiten.
2 Paprika.
1 Zwiebel.
Freunde, ich habe ein tolles Rezept für euch. Diese Suppe wird ohne Salz zubereitet.
2-3 Tomaten.
2 Karotten.
200-300 g Sellerie.
300 g Bohnen.
Nimmst du immer noch ab?
200 g Kohl.
1,5 Liter Tomatensaft.
Mit Wasser füllen.
Zum Kochen erhitzen. Und 10-15 Minuten kochen.
Dann mit einem Deckel abdecken und weitere 10-15 Minuten garen.
Daraus ist eine tolle Gemüsesuppe geworden.

Guacamole
1 ripe avocado
1/2 onion
1/2 tomato
2 Tbsp cilantro
1 lime juiced
1/2 tsp salt

Quesadillas
flour tortillas
grated cheddar cheese
oil or butter

In a small bowl, mash avocado with lime juice and salt, then add remaining ingredients

In a frying pan over medium heat add oil. Then add your quesadilla and cook until melted and crispy.

Then cut your quesadilla and serve with guacamole. Enjoy

(other possible sides are salsa and sour cream)
Note: Gluten free tortillas can be used.

Buffalo Wings
RECIPE COURTESY OF ALTON BROWN
Level: Easy
Total: 1 hr 55 min
Prep: 15 min
Inactive: 1 hr
Cook: 40 min
Yield: 4 appetizer servings

Ingredients

12 whole chicken wings
3 ounces unsalted butter
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

Place a 6-quart saucepan with a steamer basket and 1-inch of water in the bottom, over high heat, cover and bring to a boil.

Remove the tips of the wings and discard or save for making stock. Using kitchen shears, or a knife, separate the wings at the joint.

Place the wings into the steamer basket, cover, reduce the heat to medium and steam for 10 minutes. Remove the wings from the basket and carefully pat dry. Lay the wings out on a cooling rack set in a half sheet pan lined with paper towels and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Replace the paper towels with parchment paper. Roast on the middle rack of the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the wings over and cook another 20 minutes or until meat is cooked through and the skin is golden brown.

While the chicken is roasting, melt the butter in a small bowl along with the garlic. Pour this along with hot sauce and salt into a bowl large enough to hold all of the chicken and stir to combine.

Remove the wings from the oven and transfer to the bowl and toss with the sauce. Serve warm.

German Potato Salad | A perfect Easter side dish

German potato salad isn’t the traditional creamy potato salad that most think about. But this herb-heavy potato dish is mixed with cooked onion and celery and topped with an apple cider vinegar dressing. It’s the marriage of both sweet and sour and is light enough for a new season but hearty enough to be super filling. It’s a great recipe to try for something new!

INGREDIENTS

For the potatoes:

– 3 lb yellow potatoes (new or larger baking potatoes)
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp kosher salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper

For the vinaigrette:

– 1/2 lb bacon
– 3 tbsp bacon grease
– 1 medium onion, diced
– 1 cup diced celery
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/2 cup chopped parsley
– 2 tbsp chopped dill
– 2 tbsp chopped tarragon

INSTRUCTIONS

For the potatoes:

– Preheat oven to 425°F.

– Scrub and wash potatoes and allow to air dry. Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces, approximately 1/2-inch in size, and place them on two large baking sheets. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

– Roast in the preheated oven until a knife inserted into the potato pieces meets no resistance and the outside is browned and crisp, 18-25 minutes. Once the potatoes are roasted, remove them from the oven and set them aside. While roasting, prepare the vinaigrette.

For the vinaigrette:

– Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until crisp and browned, 5-8 minutes. Remove the bacon and set it on a towel-lined dish. Pour off the bacon grease and wipe any debris out of the skillet. Add back bacon grease to the skillet and return the skillet to medium heat.

– Add the onion and celery to the hot grease. Sauté until the onion is golden and the celery has softened slightly, 4-6 minutes.

– Add the black pepper, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Simmer and let reduce slightly, 3-5 minutes.

– Add the roasted potatoes to a large bowl. Pour the vinaigrette over the roasted potatoes while the vinaigrette and potatoes are warm to allow the flavor to soak into the potatoes. Add the prepared bacon, chopped parsley, dill, and tarragon. Stir and taste, seasoning for salt and pepper.

For marinating mutton
Mutton (nalli, noti, chop) (मटन) – 1 kg
Salt (नमक) – to taste
Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) – 3 tbsp
Turmeric (हल्दी) – ½ tsp
Chilli powder (मिर्ची पाउडर) – 1 tbsp

For Oil
Mustard oil (सरसों तेल) – ½ cup
Water (पानी) – ½ cup
Lemon (निम्बू) – 1 no
Salt (नमक) – ½ tsp

For Frying
Onion, sliced (प्याज़) – 2 cups
Onion, paste (प्याज़ का पेस्ट) – ¾ cup
Cloves (लोंग) – 3-4 nos
Cardamom – 4-5 nos
Cinnamon (दालचीनी) (1 inch) – 2 nos
Water (पानी) – as required

Curd (दही) – ½ cup
Khus Khus (खस खस) – 3 tbsp
Dry Grated Coconut (सूखा नारियल बुरादा) – ¼ cup
Coriander powder (धनिया) – 1½ tbsp

For Potli Masala
Whole coriander (साबुत धनिया) – 75 gm
Green cardamom (ईलाईची) – 80 gm
Cloves (लोंग) – 10 gm
Black peppercorn (काली मिर्च) – 10 gm
Mace (जावित्री) – 08 gm
Bay leaves (तेज पत्ता) – 2 nos
Nutmeg (जैफल) – ½ no
Black cardamom (काली ईलाईची) – 30 gm
Saunf (सौंफ) – 20 gm
Cinnamon sticks (दालचीनी) – 40 gm
Shahi jeera (शाही जीरा) – 50 gm
Dry Rose Petal (सूखी गुलाब पनखूडीया) – 08 gm

Kekab chini (कबाब चीनी) – 10 gms
Pan ki jad (पन की जड़) – 20 gms
Pipli (पीपली) – 10 gm
Patthar ke Phool (पथर फूल) – 10 gm.
Balchar (बालछड) – 15 gms
Khus ki jad (खस की जड़) – 20 gm
Chandan powder (चंदन बुरादा) – 25 gms

For Finishing
Bhuna besan (भुना बेसन) – 3 tbsp

Javitri Powder (जावित्री पाउडर) – a pinch
