Baked Cottage Cheesecake Recipe👇

This is an original recipe by one of my clients Troy in Dorset. His looks better than mine (he’s a chef). It my 4pm snack when losing weight with clients. I add a little compot.

6 x 300 kcal (24P, 18C, 15F)

Ingredients

4 medium eggs
600g cottage cheese (0%)
600g reduced fat cream cheese
40g corn flour
10g sweetener
10g vanilla extract

Method –

1. Add four eggs, cottage cheese, cream cheese, corn flour, sweetener and vanilla essence to a bowl

2. Mix well then add to you cake tray for the oven

3. Cook for an hour at 180C (360F) (until golden brown)

4: Serve chilled with a fruit compot or jam.

If you dislike sweetener used condensed milk. The taste is 🔥🔥🔥

Here is the detailed recipe of viral no bake oreo cake

*RECIPE*
1. In a jar add 10-12 oreo busicuits along with half cup of milk.
2. Make a smooth paste.
3. Now add 4 tbsp of sugar and 1 cup of water. Your sugar syrup is ready.
4. Take 4 bread. Cut into circle shape.
5. Apply sugar syrup along with oreo paste and layer it with other bread slices as shown.
6. At top cover all with oreo paste and decorate it according to your preference.
7. Your no bake 5 minute oreo cake is ready. Enjoy.

Litti Chokha Recipe:-
Preparation time: 60 minutes
Serves: 5
Ingredients
For Litti Dough:
2 cups – Daily Chakki Fresh Atta
2 tsp – Ghee
½ tsp – Salt
Water – as needed
Stuffing preparation:
2 cups – Sattu (roasted gram flour)
¼ cup – Onion, chopped
1 tbsp – Ginger, finely chopped
1.5 tbsp – Garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp – Green chilli, finely chopped
¼ cup – Coriander leaves, chopped
½ tsp – Carom seeds (ajwain)
½ tsp – Nigella seeds (kalonji)
2 tbsp – Mustard oil
1 tbsp – Lemon juice
Salt – to taste
1 tbsp – Pickle masala

For Baingan–Tamatar Chokha:
1 – Brinjal (roasted)
3 – Tomatoes (roasted)
3 cloves – Garlic
1 – Green chilli
2 tbsp – Chopped green chilli
½ tsp – Chopped ginger
1 tsp – Chopped garlic
Salt – to taste
1 tbsp – Mustard oil
2 tbsp – Coriander leaves, chopped

Here is the detailed recipe of mathri Samosa

*RECIPE*
1. Make a soft dough using maida,oil,salt and ajwain.
2. Take 2 to 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 1/2 tbsp of jeera, 1 chopped chilli, a chopped onion, and saute it,now add 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder, turmeric, table salt, and coriander powder, 1/2 to 1 tbsp each, mix all the ingredients well.
3. Now add 2 boiled potatoes in it.
2. Take little portion of the dough and make a roti out of it.
3. Then give cuts on the roti as shown, put potato stuffing and fold it in the same form as displayed.
4. deep fry in medium flame untill it becomes golden brown
5. Your crispy special samosa is ready, enjoy.
