  1. This seems to require some equipment that is not in most kitchens. I’m not sure if the prep was included in the one hour. This is aimed to make us better in the kitchen and to realize our own potential but I’m not sure it was convincing enough with equipment most don’t have. To make a smooth dressing as shown requires a very expensive blender. Average blenders are not capable of that. Just saying.

  3. I love hot steamed white rice more than anyone else but also I don’t mind Japanese brown rice. My family would do a 50/50 mix of the brown and white rice on some weeks and it didn’t feel like much of a sacrifice.

  4. You know what I love about these meals? No sugar. I love your videos and tried many but its often hard to find substituts for all that sugar. Sure, you can get the sweetnes, but sugar adds more than that to a dish. I would love to see more without sugar 🙂
