Designer Karin Bennett worked alongside contractor Marino Scopelleti of Sunnylea Homes to transform a family of four’s dated condo into a modern oasis. In the new kitchen, floor-to-ceiling flat cabinets painted in Benjamin Moore’s Cabbage Patch add depth, while hits of wood and marble-look quartz create a striking contrast. See how the cramped dining space was converted into a gorgeous banquette with custom storage and statement lighting. In the living room, a vertical white oak channeled wall with an integrated TV and electric fireplace creates an eye-catching display.

Beautiful design. The effect is serene and expansive. Appears to be for a different sort of family than was indicated by the before photos. After the carefully selected decorative staging pieces are removed, and the owners move back in with all their stuff and living habits, this place is going to be a wreck again.
