Chicken Enchilada Casserole Dish

This is a Tex-Mex casserole meal that will be consumed up so quickly. Just differnece is that we utilize Corn Tortillas.

Active ingredients:

* 10 – 7 inch corn tortillas
* 1 pound. chicken, prepared and shredded
* 1 pound. Cheddar cheese, shredded
* 1 pt. sour cream
* 1/2 cup chicken broth
* 1 package taco flavoring
* 1 cup mayo.
* 1/4 green onions, sliced (garnish).
* 1 can Rotel, drained pipes (garnish).

Guidelines:.

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Prepare shred, chicken, and cool.
3. Mix shredded chicken, sour cream, chicken broth, taco flavoring, mayo, 3/4 of cheddar cheese, and salt & pepper in a bowl.
4. Gently grease a 9×9 casserole meal.
5. Location 2 corn tortillas on bottom of the casserole meal.
6. Cover with chicken mix.
7. Repeat till all tortillas are gone. Keep in mind: The last layer ought to be 2 tortillas.
8. Location drained pipes Rotel and staying cheddar cheese on top.
9. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
