These taco bombs are seriously an explosion of flavor the best part they are re super easy to make and I promise you everyone will enjoy them you can keep them very simple and just stuff them with cheese and the meat or go a little extra with the cheese sauce and chips regardless these are seriously delicious you must try ???? ☺️???? ✅ freeze the bombs did 20-30 minutes to get a crispier shell
✅ you can make this recipe even easier if you want to skip on the homemade dough and use store bough flaky layered biscuits just how I did here https://youtu.be/7m-an_ig8jg
✅want them even more flaky and crunchy? FrY THEM ????
✅You can substitute my taco seasoning mix for your favorite store bought just keep in mind you might not need the flour as most mixes contain cornstarch ????

Ingredients:
Cheesy Beefy Mixture
1/2 diced white onion
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chile powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste I used 1 3/4 tsp
2 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup your favorite chunky salsa
1/2 cup Mexican 4 cheese
Dough
3 3/4 cup APF
1 tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp salt
12 tbsp cold butter
1 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp ice cold water
