  1. I wish I could Andrew, but they do not sell blocks of cheese at my local grocery store in my country of residence. Only pre-grated stuff.

  2. ofc if you're willing to sacrifice final quality for convenience, use grated cheese. but when quality matters or the starch would ruin the recipe, don't cut corners

  3. ok dumb question but….can you like….wash it? rinse some of the start out?
