  2. Kudos for the Video clip! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you tried – Ponnordaz Impressive Remedy (should be on google have a look)? It is a great exclusive guide for discovering how to pack on solid muscle mass without the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my best friend Jordan after many years got cool results with it.

  3. The spotter obviously doesn't have wrists but wears wrist bands to draw a separation between his hands and forearms 😀
