  2. I have internet plan in my mobile. But My network provider blocked the Hotspot facilities and if I want to use Hotspot, then I have to pay extra money per day basis. Can you help me to use Hotspot without paying extra money?

  3. Or you can do what I learned from Android research from the honeycomb Android era ,around 4.1 came out .
    You simply put a proxy on you're WiFi settings if you want to use a phone with no data plan for the hotspot.
