1. My phone is Galaxy s6 edge plus
   
   I cannot follow your steps because I did factory reset and I do not know the google account used on the phone before doing the factory reset therefore I cannot enable USB Debugging
   
   My computer Windows 10 does not recognize my phone when I connect it via USB cable it shows my phone under Universal Serial Bus Controller as
   
   Unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed)
   
   even though I installed the latest USB samsung drivers on my computer
   
   Do you know a way to root my phone?

15. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. My phone is completely shut down. Won't turn on or reboot for nothing. I feel heat on my phone when i connect it to the charger. I try rebooting it after 15 mins it being on the charger, still won't turn on at all. It won't show the choices to reboot. What do you think the problem could be? 18. Hey all great but how can flash and root my S6 edge if my usb doesnt work with computer . "usb not reconised"
    I just replaced the battery and usb port due to no PC connection and lack of fast charge ( trying to fix both )
    my last resort is to flash the phone but can I do it without connecting by usb ?
