if you have 3 potatoes and 1 can of tuna, you’ll make the neighbors jealous! Super delicious recipe!

Ingredients:

3 large potatoes (900g).
3 large eggs.
some chopped parsley (about 2 tablespoons).
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon provencal herbs , or oregano.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon turmeric.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
2 tablespoons all purpose flour (20g).
~1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100g).
1 teaspoon salt.

for the filling :
1 medium onion.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
2 garlic cloves.
1 red bell pepper.
5-6 mushrooms (150g).
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper .
1 can of tuna (200g).
100g shredded mozzarella cheese.
some thyme or oregano (optional).
