  6. My classmates laughed when I told them I was going to build muscle with "Six Pack Strike", but then they saw the results. Do a search on Google for Six Pack Strike to see their reaction. (You should see their faces!)

  8. Elated I stubled onto this vid. Appreciate Youtube because of this kind of info!My homeboy was previously bullied. He stated he was gonna get bigger.   13. Hi, thanks for all your videos. They are saviors! Anyway I wanted to ask about my shoulders. They are kinda down, so from side it looks like a question-mark, if you know what I mean. So if I do my strength training with shoulders back (although it's not natural to me), will I get straight shoulders or is it a bone structure problem?
