  3. I just bought the base model M1 Mac mini for $690 with 3 years of AppleCare included. I couldn't be happier. More than fast enough to do everything that I want to do and super cheap! I used my original Mac mini from late 2012 ever since and it is still running and running Monterey! Imagine that! Some of us don't need the latest and greatest tech. I edit videos, music and photographs. No issues here with the M1 Mac mini base model. Lets see if the new Mac mini lasts 10 years like my old Mac mini the is still going strong.

  6. Buy or Don’t buy : that’s the question.
    The answer : it depends of ur use on daily basis.
    For non programmers or people not using heavy apps, the MacBook Air remains a very good option so don’t listen to much about the M2 chip specs. Instead BUY IT ONLY IF YOU NEED IT. Don’t buy because we tell you it’s a faster chip, better screen or better speaker.

  11. The point you're missing is waiting time. You can't even buy a MacBook Pro 14 or 16 now without a wait time of 2-3 months. Unless you want to wait until next year, this supply chain issue is going to continue for a while. I just bought 14 M1 chip and was lucky as the store had a new one that was missed in stock.

  12. I bought a used M1 for 680 Euro its like brand new and i think it was the right opinion… I cant afford 1400 bucks for the M2 😀

  16. Just buy it when you need it. It’s stupid to be waiting based on rumors. You buy whatever is the latest now and use it and then just sell it off to get the new one if you need to. That’s all. It’s that simple.

  22. Why not, it's not like its the best there will always be. There will always be a better irroration because of technology, two years ago it was fine to buy the m1 but not now. It doesn't make sense. Save some money and buy the m1

    The m1 air looks so sharp and thin, the new one will be a lookalike of the last pro and its ugly af????
