Love the addition of orange rind to the pastry and the apricots to the minced meat. Does anyone know what marzipan is made from? It kind of looks like cheese here but I'm sure it's not cheese. I was thinking, for a more festive touch, to use some fondant icing, adding white circles, and then adding some ornaments or designs to the top in other colours. You'd have to add the icing once they've cooled down, of course.
