  1. Because of the economic crisis that always comes up the best thing to be on every wise individual’s mind or list is to invest in different streams of income that’s not depending on the government to generate funds.

  2. Ingredients:
    250g digestive biscuits
    100g melted unsalted butter
    500g cream cheese, room temperature
    100g icing sugar
    150g melted & cooled white chocolate
    200g white chocolate
    100ml double cream
    16 Milkybar chunks

    1) Line an 8×8" baking tin with baking paper.

    2) Crush the digestive biscuits using a blender or a bag and rolling pin.

    3) Pour the crushed biscuits into a bowl and mix with the melted butter until combined.

    4) Pour the mix into your tin and press it down firmly.

    5) In a large bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, icing sugar and melted white chocolate until combined.

    6) Scoop the mix onto your base and smooth it out.

    7) Add the white chocolate and double cream to a microwavable jug and microwave on medium (500W) for 1min 30s – 2mins.

    8) Remove the jug from the microwave and gently stir the mix until smooth.

    9) Pour the mix over the cheesecake and smooth it out.

    10) Add the Milkybar chunks to the top.

    11) Refrigerate for 4 hours minimum, until set.

    12) Enjoy!
