Matt Shaw made a huge leap of faith when he decided to quit his stable job and start building tiny homes in rural Ohio, but with the help of his wife and kids, he has now completed 5 modern tiny homes which the family rents out in the popular tourism area of Hocking Hills. Not only has the move been successful, but it has also brought the Shaw family closer together.

Airbnb tiny houses are great investments and alternatives to yucky hotels or hosts renting rooms out of their houses which is really awkward and weird. These can be placed on the outskirts of your property so you can be close enough to help your guests or to see if there is a problem with your guests. I've heard some people make way more money renting out these tiny homes then they used to make in their jobs. All you got to do is clean and do laundry in between. Another great investment for people who have land is to build storage units which are very simple builds and can generate a lot of passive income.
They look great. In New Zealand we have a max of 3.5T (7000lb) on a road legal trailer unless it is trucking trailer, which can take a lot more weight. Would have liked to hear about the costs and income of their business.

1-The one with the huge window behind the bed reminds me of the Isabel Paige's tiny house.
2-I don't like lofts like cages. Even if there is no space for a bedroom in the main floor, there's always room for a murphy bed In the one with the huge window you can have a MB instead or a regular bed and you'll have room for a closet or a tiny couch.
