STOP! Did you watch the full kitchen makeover yet? Make sure to watch it first here : https://youtu.be/Az0P2sT9mEQ

With the new kitchen all done, it’s finally time to stock it up! I’m sure you have seen those Pinterest photos of of spice bottles perfectly lined up and labeled with stickers, and fridges organized into neat little plastic containers. These look beautiful, but let’s be real, knowing myself that’s not realistic or an achievable practice for the way my partner and I use the kitchen. So, I’m sharing some tips in this blog post on how I managed to organize my kitchen in a way that’s practical and doable for us.

11 Replies to “realistic kitchen organization with DIYs and hacks”

  1. only watched half of the video because I didn't need to listen to a mansplainer being a jerk. I'm out.

  2. Organizing kitchens as a tall couple is so different than when you’re 5’0”

  3. My partner is like this as well! He’ll leave me to it then when I think I’ve done a good job he’ll come and question everything. So annoying ????

  4. Yes you'll probably rearrange some things, but as a general rule. Spices together. Coffee/tea station, thats where my Cinnamon goes. Then pantry is divided into wet items (cans/jars/anything suspended in liquid) and dry items (rice, breadcrumbs, flour, dried beans, chia, Oats, nuts, etc) and then snacccccks then granola bars or popcorn … hope that helps !!

  5. STOPPPP I LOVE THE REAL ELLIOTT!!!! ???? hes funny…. *runs away????????????

  6. I say three days to organize the kitchen, because you don’t have kids yet and you’re focused on the project! Dishes close to the dishwasher. Pans near the stove. All baking things together, including mixing bowls, measuring items, flour, sugar, baking powder/soda, baking spices. Cooking herbs and spices near the stove. Mugs by the coffee maker.

  7. I'm having a hard time trying to find out where the "link " is
I can't find it. Please someone help me so I can enjoy it all
    Thank you????????
