  1. when check printer cartridge lights up does that mean both inks are empty and need replacing? or just one?

Señores, auxilio tengo impresora hp Photosmart C3100 All-in-One series no me carga en mi PC porque este tiene Windows 10 acabo de mpntarlo ya que tenia uno antrrior y al parecer ya no es compatible, mi impresora debe conectarse con cable al PC , como bajo de la nube o como consigo el aplicativo para funcionar de nuevo? Logre bajar uno el HP Printer and Scan Doctor pero cada vez que intento pide instalarlo de nuevo y asi sigue sin conectarse con la impresora, ME PUEDEN AYUDAR???

  11. Thank you very much for this video. I have a Hp Photosmart 3100.i just followed your steps and i changed my ink.; I had no idea where the ink was or how to open the printer to replace it, I had forgotten but now i know. So thank you again for this tutorial. very helpful.

  16. My carriage does not move to the right side when my printer is on. Unless I turn it off and on again with the access door already open then it moves to the right. But it only gives me a split second to remove a single cartridge and then it moves back to the left and does not come back until I restart the printer again, then I am a able to put the cartridge back in. I get an error saying that I have incorrect cartridges, when in fact they are the same cartridges I bought with the damn printer.

  17. hey i got a cartrigde than it dont work and my printer says the color cartridge not work good sorry i talk spanish not much english but it dont work is because it is so used i believe i need to buy a new color cartdigde

  24. I have a C3180 that refuses to work. The black cartridge warning light flashes, and the PC software says it's empty. I know it's not empty because it's fairly new. I followed all the unplug this switch this off then on plug in advice from HP but no help. Then the software says "Contact HP. Your printer will need a service" (or something similar). Yeah right! It's cheaper to buy another crap HP printer. What an utter waste of resources and my money! I hate corporrate capitalism.
