  2. This is not helpful. When I open my front door, the cartridges are all the way over to the right and do not move into position.

  3. Ink Cartridges are a joke. 30 black and white paper and it needs a $50 replacement (mine is 8020), ink cartridges is such a huge scam, shame on those companies.

  5. Those orange caps on the bottom of the cartridges are impossible to pull off unless you have big strong man hands ???? someone send help plz

  9. My printer says cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink. I am already enrolled.

  10. I agree, these are the worst directions. You might put a disclaimer in that the scanner needs to be closed before lifting open the lid.
