Roasted Garlic and Four-Cheese Pull-Apart Bread
RECIPE COURTESY OF REE DRUMMOND
Level: Easy
Total: 1 hr 55 min (includes cooling time)
Active: 10 min
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
8 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1/2 cup grated fontina
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup grated Romano
2 teaspoons chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 round artisan or sourdough loaf
1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter, melted
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Put the garlic cloves on a square of heavy foil, drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle on some salt and pepper. Wrap it up and bake until the garlic is golden, nutty and mushy, about 1 hour. Let cool. Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
Mix the garlic together with the 4 cheeses, chives, crushed red pepper flakes and some black pepper in a bowl.
Cut the bread in strips in one direction, being careful not to cut all the way through the loaf. Rotate the bread 90 degrees and cut in the other direction. Stuff the cheese mixture in between the rows. Drizzle the melted butter all over the top.
Wrap in foil and bake for 25 minutes. Open up the foil and bake until the cheese is hot and bubbly, another 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Hi thats a really good idea for Load of other ingredients, There is one suggestion, if u would show the end result for longer then a second that would be great and try a piece would be good too 🙂
I wonder if u could use the same concept with a head of cauliflower? For low carb*
That wasn't crazy at all,. it was an awesome recipe
What happened to presenting and tasting .. so disappointing but I will make it
Luv to see her cook. Don’t care abt calories ????
She so just a good of cooking and follow of the ingrendints
Pioneer Bigot
This channel always cuts away before we can see the money shot. They should have shown the bread being pulled apart.
She eats roasted garlic as a snack. ????
She makes such good food and she is always smiling!
Watching this in bed. It's late and I've just decided I'm starving. Lol. Just got to try this one soon.
I do not know what kind of pantry she has, but typically fontina is not in mine
Should've chopped the garlic
I’m over her videos since they always cut it off when it’s done instead of showing us the good part of her cutting a piece or pulling a slice off or piece of bread like today . Y keep leaving us hanging ??
This would be so good with a steak and baked potato! ????
This is basically the only show they play
I love roasted garlic. You don’t even need to do all of this- spreading a clove of it across some grilled bread is just as good. I’ll have to try this version though.
Are you kidding me????The best part is when you pulled it apart and have some!! Why didn’t we see that????
I’m quite certain the loaf of bread she picked up in the pantry is not the same loaf she walked into the kitchen with.
Did she create this recipe on her own? It’s really clever. Can’t wait to make with Sunday dinner tomorrow!
Luckily I ont be going to her home for dinner I'd put on 14 lbs in a week
