  7. Three or two years ago, may plano na ang TAONG BAYAN sino ang kanilang ilagay sa pwesto na maaring makapagpatuloy sa mga magagandang programa sa kasalukuyang administrasyon. Yon ang dahilan kung bakit hindi nagbago ang numbers ng survey from the beginning. Palagay go 'til the end.
