I actually made these for my 3 year olds birthday party using your recipe and watching the YouTube video. They were delicious! My buttercream separated some though but it still tasted great! The best part is the fresh strawberry on top. It added such a burst of tartness against the sweet cupcake.
Just the batter alone just screams 'DELICIOUS!'. I'm going to try it as soon as i can use my oven again.
