Revealing #1 MISTAKE I made with This Giant Rocket Popsicle Novelty Cake! | How to Cake It

There is one thing I would change about this cake that has been bugging me for years. It’s time to confess. Can you guess what it is in the comments below before I reveal it?

To make this Giant Rocket Popsicle cake, I baked 24 pounds of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake, dyed it using red & blue sprinkles, covered it all in red, white & blue fondant and even stuck a wooden popsicle stick at one end with my signature HTCI branding!
