To make this Giant Rocket Popsicle cake, I baked 24 pounds of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake, dyed it using red & blue sprinkles, covered it all in red, white & blue fondant and even stuck a wooden popsicle stick at one end with my signature HTCI branding!
